Can't find the product ID card?

Otoadd earphones are shipped with an identification card. Please scan the QRcode with your phone and open the website. If it is scanned correctly, the number of authentications will appear in the authentication area above.

What does the number of authentications mean?

All earphones produced by Otoadd have an independent serial number. Each time you use this query system, the number of authentication times will be recorded. When you scan the code for the first time, If the number of authentication times is too high (for example, more than 10 times), it may be a counterfeit product. Please stop using it immediately and contact the dealer or service@otoadd.com as soon as possible.
